accomodation solutions with its
4 indipendent flats situated on
the groundfloor of the main
building and an isolated cottage
placed behind the main house.
All appartments have an
independent entrance and a
private place on the garden of
the house.
Ca’ Resto offers you a perfect
location to spend a pleasant
holiday on the sweet Marche
hills, enjoying a strong contact
with nature, in a place where
you may encounter deers,
porcupines,r admire the flight
of a hawk or a buzzard while you
are taking a walk near the
house…Taste the traditional
cuisine based on game, truffles,
porcines, “hand-made” pasta and
delicious wines… Visit splendid
artistic towns like Urbino,
Gubbio, San Marino… Ca’ Resto is
the ideal starting point to
enjoy all these pleasures.

The swimming pool:
With its irregular shape the
swimming pool is composed by two
basins with different ampleness.
The bigger one is 1,60 m deep, 6
m large 12 m long, the smaller
one, ideal for your children, is
50 cm deep and 5 m long. |

"Casetta del Melograno"
La Casetta del
Melograno is a completely independent
cottage located behind the main building
and enjoys particular privacy. It
includes one large living-room, a
kitchen made in masonry, a double and a
triple bedroom, a mezzanine gallery and
a bathroom with shower. It can give
hospitality to 7 persons.
Il
Melo
Il Melo, includes
a livingroom with open kitchen, a double
room (with the possibility for an
additional bed), one triple bedroom, one
bathroom with bathing-tub. It can host 5
to 6 persons
Il
Fico, Il Noce and Il Gelso
Il Fico,
Il Noce and Il Gelso are
three flats with a similar structure.
They all include a living room with open
kitchen, all with sleeping coach, a
triple bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Each of them can host up to 5 persons.
